Consent upon submission of CV and application
By transmitting a curriculum vitae (CV), application, cover letter or equivalent documentation to Talent Support Group AS by email or by any other means, the data subject provides their express and informed consent, pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the "GDPR") and, to the extent any special categories of personal data are included, Article 9(2)(a) thereof, to our processing of the personal data so submitted for recruitment purposes. Such processing shall include, without limitation, the storage, assessment, internal sharing, presentation and onward disclosure of the candidacy and any relevant information to current and prospective employers and clients which we deem the position or the candidate's competencies may be of relevance to. This consent may be withdrawn at any time with prospective effect by written notice to privacy@talentsupportgroup.com, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to such withdrawal.
Data sharing
We share candidate information with prospective employers only on the basis of explicit consent as set out above. We may use trusted third-party processors for technology infrastructure under appropriate data processing agreements.
Your rights
